The ongoing pandemic has presented us all with undue, unexpected challenges.
See below to acquaint yourself with our refund/credit policies that have been tailored to meet such challenges and are exclusive to our upcoming winter program, Project:Spotlight, for the 2020-21 season. In most cases, they supersede the Standard Terms underneath in an effort to better benefit & accommodate families during these unusual times.
If New York State experiences a shutdown similar that results in time missed this coming winter, our policy is quite simple. How refreshing!
-If we receive a refund, you’ll receive a refund! Upon receipt of refund from the facility hosting our winter programming, we will issue a full or prorated refund back to your credit card, whichever is warranted, less $15 for credit card processing costs.
-If we receive a credit, you’ll receive a credit! If we receive a credit from the facility hosting our winter programming, we will issue a full or prorated credit, whichever is warranted.
*Individual absences above cannot be combined.
**In cases where documentation will be required, such documentation will be kept confidential.
Credit: Amount that may be applied towards a future camp or clinic event; Max. $60/class.
Refund: Amount returned to the credit card originally used for purchase
Credit Details: At the conclusion of the 2020-21 winter season, families who receive a full-value credit will receive a Promo/Savings Code that can be claimed/entered when registering online for a future event. Full-value credit will be honored (max. value equals $60/class). The credit may be applied to a summer camp or winter clinic event. The credit is transferrable to any sibling, too!

Any registered camper who requests a refund more than 30 days (more than 60 days for indoor/winter training) before the first day of an event will be given a full refund less $15.00 processing charge.
Any registered camper who requests a refund less than 30 days (less than 60 days for indoor/winter training) before the first day of an event (unless due to injury, see below) will be given their choice of:
-100% Summer: Credit towards a future summer camp event
-50/50% Summer/Winter: Max. 50% credit towards an upcoming summer & winter program
-50/50% Winter: Max. 50% credit towards winter programs over each of the following 2 years
-50% refund
Each of the above options is good for 1 calendar year or through the end of the following summer, whichever is preferred (Exception: 50/50 winter option, good for 2 years).

Requested Refund Due to Injury (injury prior to event):
If your child is registered for an event, but is injured prior to the start of the event, he or she is entitled to a full refund or 100% credit towards another camp or clinic event.
Requested Refund Due to Injury (injury during event):
There is an inherent risk of injury associated with athletic participation. Certainly, our staff at will do everything under our control to ensure your child with a safe baseball experience. However, if your child is injured during a camp or clinic event and is unable to participate in the rest of the session, he or she will be given a pro-rated refund for the days they are unable to participate or a 100% credit towards another camp or clinic event. For example, if your child is hurt on day two of a four-day camp, we will refund the remaining two days of your tuition/registration fee.
Refunds nor credits will not be awarded due to missed camps days, unless one or more of the conditions above are satisfied.
If our staff decides that the total number of players registered is too low in order to conduct a camp or clinic event, we will contact you by e-mail or phone no less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event and offer you a 100% refund or credit towards another camp or clinic event.
4-Day Outdoor Camps: If inclement weather shall prevent camp from operating a minimum of 3.5 days Monday-Friday (1.5 days for half-day campers), campers shall receive a full-value credit for the prorated amount, good through the end of the following summer.
5-Day Outdoor Camps: If inclement weather shall prevent camp from operating a minimum of 4.5 days Monday-Friday (2.0 days for half-day campers), campers shall receive a full-value credit for the prorated amount, good through the end of the following summer.
